Tohi is committed to achieving 100% satisfaction with every customer for every purchase. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns of products or do exchanges.
If your order was incorrect, incomplete, lost or damaged in transit or even if you were simply not happy with your Tohi, please send us a note at email@example.com. Notification must be sent to Tohi within 30 days of your purchase date. We will promptly refund your purchase or send you a replacement within 5 business days of receiving your notification.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your Tohi, please take note of the code and the "best by" date printed on the bottom of the can, so that we can trace the specific batch of Tohi you have received.
