Ingredients
1 cup of spinach
Half a frozen banana
½ cup of frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ scoop of vanilla protein powder
2 TBS Greek yogurt
½ can of Tohi
Chia seeds
Granola
Almonds
Sliced fruit (Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
Directions
Add ingredients into a blender and blend until consistency is thick. Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds, sliced almonds, granola and your favorite fruit toppings!
